Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and guests, we raised close to $32,000! Funds raised will go toward realizing the university's 21st Century Campus Physical Master Plan.

Sanchez is New Dean of SOE

Congratulations to Dr. John Sanchez for being named the new Dean for the School of Education (SOE).  Dr. Sanchez joined UOG's School of Education in 2002 and has served as Professor and Interim Dean of SOE since August 2013.  He has a strong history of collaboration on research and service at UOG and a career in education that spans nearly 30 years.

Congratulations PIBBA Guam TOY and POY!

Congratulations to this year's Teacher of the Year (TOY) and Pioneer of the Year (POY)!  Barbara Manibusan was selected for the prestigious 2014 TOY and Dr. Matilda Naputi Rivera was selected for the distinguished 2014 POY.  Manibusan, who serves as a Chamorro teacher, has held various PIBBA Guam executive positions.  Dr. Rivera, who serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Guam, is the webmaster for both local and PIBBA International organizations.
