We are pleased to announce that the SOE Alumni Association will award its first ever SOE Alumni of the Month! Do you know of an exemplary SOE alumni who has made a difference in the community and deserves to be recognized as the SOE Alumni of the Month? Please note that the SOE alumni nominee must be a current member of the SOE Alumni Association. All nominees will be judged on career achievements/highlights by a panel of judges. The judges include Dr. Jose Q. Cruz, Guam Education Policy Board Member, former UOG President, and retired UOG Associate Professor; Rosa Salas Palomo, President of the Pacific Islands Bilingual Bicultural Association, Director of the Guam ESL Certification Plus Project, and retired UOG Assistant Professor; and Zander Refilong, Program Advisor for the Guam ESL Certification Plus Project.
