SOE Alumni Officers Recruit New Members at the Language Arts Conference

Congratulations to our newest members who were recruited on the second day of the 25th Annual Regional Language Arts Conference held 17, 2012 at the Guam Marriott Resort and Spa.  The literacy-filled presentations and inspirational keynote speech by CNN Hero of the Year, Efren Penaflorida, were memorable.  Enjoy the following snapshots taken at this meaningful event!
